Do you think...

Creepy things are good or do you think they're bad? And I mean overall, and for life. Because honestly, I can't really tell. I can't tell if it's good that life is fucked up or bad.

cheshirecat1582 responds:

Its a good thing, (I think anyways) I like wondering whats in the shadows at night...
And also I was watching this documentary on being scared, and they said that we as humans crave it because its our primal instinct to want that rush... Because back when we where primal we had to be strong to hunt and protect.... Since we dont have to hunt anymore ever since fast food was invented. and we dont really have to protect from danger like we used to, since we live in our little world, with houses and fenced in yards. It just carried over threw our genetics... So we have to compensate for that...

But if your asking in general if its good that creepy things exist then my answer is still yes... If there where no creepy in life... Nothing would be good and happy... it would all be just the same...
If life wasnt fucked up... it wouldnt be life... we need the fucked up to know we are real...
Wow... sorry just went on a rant... lol hope that was understandable...
But great question!!! Thanks for the 10!

The reason why we should try to please others...

You did just that by giving us this flash. Thank you.

cheshirecat1582 responds:

Lol thank you

Wow.

I got first comment. :D It's what, 11:43 here on the West coast? <,<; Cool. :)

Perhaps it isn't necessarily for the best that times aren't the same everywhere. X) Who knows, na? :D Very good and well done. Although I actually prefer the other ending cinema to this one. The beat is better in my opinion. X) Still, hard work was put into it, that's obvious, and because of that I like it. :D

If I understand what a meme is by now, nice memes. <,<; :D

Clovis15 responds:

It's VERY TRUE that a lot of hard work when into the new credits... I unfortunately think I could have made a couple of episodes like this with all the work that went into those credits, so expect to see them around for a good while before I even think about making a new one again.

Collaboration??

FTW? (Fuck The What?)
Not much else to say. 7 for graphic and music along with moving foreground?

Elite-Sniper responds:

Thanks.

Decent. I think I know what was missing...

Could've been happier.

I think I understood the point, more or less... Well, as I see it.
A guy is walking alone through life, through winter, without anyone around, completely solitary and possibly isolated. Through some miraculous coincidence or chance, the girl, as he sees as being a fairy or angel, comes to him and meets him. He tries to give back what was hers, but accidentally drops it, possibly not wanting it back, but rather, wanting his hand instead. With her help, this angel girl lifts this guy up to new levels in all sorts of ways, high up to a mountain where the girl deposits the guy, which could be considered emotion and whatnot or something, and she stays with him. Until some kind of disease or something breaks off her chunk of rock, and she was already the closest one to the edge, as though that meant something about her health, and she falls. He tries to grab on, not wanting to lose her, wanting anything but to lose her, because she's what got him up there in the first place, and he either owed it to her or else he just didn't want to be up there without her, nor was he able to be up there without her.

Then it proceeded to him having been unable to catch her, unable to save her life, and thus started his slow descent back down to where he was at before. But he went farther, as though her existence or seeming existence had opened that portal, and he inevitably fell in; although perhaps not too inevitably, had he been conscious that he was on the verge of falling through the hole, having been on the verge of falling farther into a basement. This basement could be considered a life of self-abuse through drugs or some such, and other things that could help him cope. Through this falling; this downward spiral, he finally got himself killed, and everything went black for him. He was asked what he wanted, and was told that what he wanted most was still inside of him.

This did not sate the guy, and he cried and cried and cried, sobbing until he could sob no more, which never came. He remained dead. And what he wanted couldn't be restored, or so he thought. He cried about how far he'd fallen, until the girl came up behind him and showed herself, and he was happy, despite being dead.

I don't quite like the ending, because it seems a bit too corny, despite the fact I sort of like it. I enjoy most of it, but I think what this story needed was for the guy and girl to build a city atop the mountain that would thrive and welcomed others from other areas with an easy pathway or elevator that let everybody up with ease, as they wanted to, and for everybody to be happy up at this level, and to stay that way despite the guy and girl finally falling. I think this would have made the story complete, and like it had actual purpose and fullfillment, rather than being just and nothing more than a simple love story and the craving for the love of another. You know?

Mesmay responds:

I guess we'll just have to make another then :)

I think...

This was supposed to have symbolic implications about Christmas. The biggest provider of this theory is the fact of Santa/Satan.

Apparently pairing Christmas with the birth of christ, or what we've done to Christmas, is like pairing Christ up with Satan.

I do believe I understood this - it felt pretty straightforward. Honestly, I don't agree with you. The only part I agree with you on is that it's been commercialized, and that it's been over-exaggerated when, really, we should be giving presents to Jesus, or giving thanks to Jesus. And celebrating his birthday, etc.

Perhaps we celebrate his birthday best, not by eating and drinking, but by spending time with family and giving gifts and the like to the poor and needy, and those you love most. Wouldn't you agree?

Honestly, I hope I don't ever desecrate Jesus' birthday in such a way - drinking, doing drugs, having sex, etc. That's not what Christmas is supposed to be about. I don't really think in celebrating Jesus' birthday we should be being merry. I believe we should be being happy on Jesus' birthday. And spreading that happieness - not merrieness, you know?

But then again, I'm not Jesus - so I don't know for a fact WHAT he wants done on HIS birthday.

All I can go by is the Bible - for it is what tells me so. ^,^;

Overall, nice animation - nice message too, even if it is a bit wrong.

You exaggerated the exaggeration on Christmas nicely though. ;P

I'm sure Jesus is proud of you for bringing this to light. :)

peixeaquatico responds:

good I really wanted to do a skit with the name satan-saint

and hope that Jesus has been fun with my animation

thank you for the comment ...

and sorry my english

5/5

Quite good - ending was neat. Liked the music for the credits - nice touch using a small array of Christmas music for the movie.

Well, the last minute shopper just gave something without having to take (other than a life).

You don't necessarily have to take something (or let someone take something) just to give. You could always give someone your time - extra time.

That and other things. Maybe take a person out to lunch.

There are many things you can potentially do that don't necessarily have to pay others for. The main point of taking someone out to lunch is not to eat, but more to chat.

knobbywood responds:

nicely put! for the sake of debate, jets say you do take someone out to lunch, someone is still taking your money for that to happen, and if you give someone your time, aren't they equally taking your time from you? sorry, i find it fun to look at both sides of the fence:)

Pretty good, Sorohan. :D

I saw the comment below me about the world in world before watching, so I knew what to expect - and it was more than I'd thought. ^,^; Nicely done. :D I like the music and whatnot - it's very relaxing considering what you did - just kind o'made me want to go with the flow. Helps that I've been tired and whatnot. ;P Lol. X) So yeah, it could potentially put me to sleep - especially the part where it was constantly going into the view port and whatnot. :D And seeing it and all. X) Camera that views a computer that has a screen open that sees what the camera sees - freaky stuff. X) Lol. Awesomest of awesomeness. ;P

Keep up the good work, Mr. Sorohan. ^,^;

And I know for a fact that wasn't all FLASH. ;P Lol. X) At least, I'm pretty sure it wasn't. <,<; And you did good for that reason too. :D You came up with clever ways to use images, I felt. ^,^;

I look forward to another. :D

sorohanro responds:

Thanx
some of the images I made in Photoshop, just moved those in Flash, but some (fishes, by example) are completely done/draw in Flash.
"Camera that views a computer that has a screen open that sees ..."
well, that was intended to be a fish tank :))

I can't POSSIBLY believe...

Someone is this fucking ignorant. X.o; I can only feel like you over-exaggerated the truth. Anybody like this is not true emo. Emo is emotional. Goddamn, this is not what an emo is. <,<; Lol. Especially the ignorance. >,> Emos are definitely not ignorant to the world around them - true emos.

It'd be more helpful for your score if you didn't make it seem like an utter joke. It's possible you interviewed someone who considered themselves emo, but... >.> This ISN'T emo. X3 Lol. If it is, then it's idiotic. <,< The definition of emo needs to be changed SEVERLY. Especially the 'wrist slitting' thing. >.> That is not for emos - that's for people who want to feel alive and whatnot. v,v;

fetusdoctor responds:

The definition of emo need not be changed, for I have perfected it! This video is the definitive guide on all emos everywhere! If you do anything at all similar to the emo in this video, then you too are emo.

There was a contest?? X.o;

Lol. X) Sorry, I didn't even know about it. <,<; Had I, I probably would've entered. X) Sorry. v,v; X3 Lol, that was really good - I like the bonus scenes too. ^,^; I look forward to more of this - I really enjoyed the cards by the way. :D Do more please. X3 ^,^; I might have to watch the others again for a small review. :o See y' next time! :D *Waves* ^,^ I look forward to the next one. :3

Clovis15 responds:

While there will be more episodes, I'm not sure we'll ever see another card battle.

Hello! Don't know if you'll see this but I'm... sorta back. Welcome to the new age eh?
